about Texas High School football.  Friday Night lights will shine over every weekend through mid-December and linger until the champions are decided in each classification and division.

We admit to our bias:  there's no football more exciting or more cleanly played than in 2A and 3A.  Check it out for yourself.

Sleepers?  Every year there are "surprise" teams, those not ranked highly at the start of the seasonFor 2022 in 2AD1, consider:  Cooper, Corrigan-Camden, Stratford and Tolar; none of the four has lost a game going into Week 11.
