Daily Devotion – by Pastor Andy

My beloved wife,who passed on September 11, 2022, faithfully read her devotional every morning and often shared its main points with me.  In her honor, I have pledged to compose a meditation in this space every day I am able, in the great hope that it will make the days of our readers more meaningfully and rewarding.  There is no charge. But feel free to donate if you share and wish to support our purpose. 

Carol Walker Pate devoted 30 full years to caring for me full time.  In our youth, we shared many hours of fun and good fellowship.  Every moment of our marriage was precious for my ministry.  Carol showed me how a true Christna lives. . .with patience, always forgiving when she was wronged, while living each hour with compassion and commitment, especially toward making better the lives of her children, their families and her many friends.

And this is my thought for this third day of 2023.  Let us live each day fully. and to the best of our abilities by making our faith real and the lives of others better.
